About April Kunis, MA, LPC, BCC, CPCS
In my personal life I am truly a person who lives by the philosophy of “practice what you preach.” Every day I strive with awareness, intention, and gratitude to be the best me that I can be spiritually, mentally, and physically. And I make it a point to find joy in the journey! I enjoy fitness of any kind (but mostly power lifting!), writing, reading, traveling, learning, being outdoors, and spending time with my kids. As a mother, I am always working to be fully present and playful with my three children. I know that by being my best self, I make a difference in the lives of my family and others. My friends, family, and clients will tell you that I am an authentic, honest, real down to earth human.
In my professional life, I hold a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University in Atlanta. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia, a Board Certified Life Coach, and a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor. I specialize in working with women on a wide range of issues related to relationships, grieving and loss, self-confidence, self-love, self-empowerment, central nervous system dysfunction, inner child healing, social anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and business and career coaching, but what I am most passionate about professionally is helping women sort through the internal conflict and confusion of deciding whether or not to stay in a relationship. I have helped hundreds of women through this particular challenge and I consider it to be my specialty. In addition to individual client sessions, I also conduct public workshops and seminars and offer therapeutic support groups for women periodically as well. I frequently attend workshops, seminars, and trainings all around the country, meeting with the most educated and influential people in my field, so that I may share the most cutting-edge information with my clients. I started Insight Counseling and Coaching 12 years ago because I wanted to create a space where I could collect and work with the most like-minded and well-trained therapists and coaches in my industry, to really make positive changes in people's lives and deliver our clients the absolute best results possible. I believe we are doing just that. We are proud to have been voted Best of Gwinnett for the past four years in a row, and will strive to continue being the best in our field long into the future.
I can honestly say that I am living a life that I am passionate about, full of joy, love, and fulfillment. And it would be my sincerest pleasure and honor to work with you to help you do the same. Heal your hurts, live your purpose, find your joy, achieve your goals, and live your dreams.

I attended Florida State University for my undergraduate degree (Go Noles!) and received my Masters Degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. I am a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and the American Counseling Association. My family recently moved to this area from Panama City, Florida and I am enjoying the perks of a larger city! We enjoy exploring all of the great family-friendly activities that this area has to offer. I love to work out and consider physical fitness to be a huge part of my life and how I remain centered. I can also be found curled up with a good book once my workout is over!

About Tyann Mosley, PhD, LPC
My personal life includes my husband, our three sons, my extended family, and my friends. I believe in education, quality time with family, good food, laughter and creating memories with those you love. I enjoy reading, photography, miniature golf, playing board games, traveling, listening to music and going to the movies. I am a true “superhero” fan. So upon release of any superhero movie I’m one of the first attending. I believe we only have one life so why not create the one we want.
I hold a Doctorate degree in Counseling Education and Supervision from Mercer University. I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the State of Georgia. I have over 20 years of clinical experience. I am originally from St. Louis, Missouri. I have lived in Georgia now for about 10 years. I have a Masters of Education in Counseling from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Anthropology and African-American Studies from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois. My counseling is diverse including couples with relationships concerns, individuals struggling with depression, self-esteem and trauma, youth struggling with adjustment issues, and parenting challenges. I am a certified Parent Educator. I facilitate IMPACT Pre-Service training throughout the state of Georgia for foster and adoptive parents. I also teach as an adjunct professor at Mercer University in Atlanta.
I view myself as a Creative Counselor and an Innovative Educator. I believe life can sometimes make you feel as if you are trapped in a box with no way out. To escape the box of life, you must think outside the box to get your desired results. My out-of-the-box counseling is grounded in three beliefs. First, I believe everyone has a story that is worth telling. Secondly, I believe words guide behaviors so choose the words that give life. Thirdly, I believe it’s never too late to change your story. Let's create the life story you deserve!

About Jacqueline Wilson, MS, LCSW
Breaking the stigma around mental health is something that I am truly passionate about personally, and professionally. As a licensed mental health professional, I have extensive experience in outpatient and inpatient mental health facilities, community-based settings, and private practice. I have experience in leading group therapy, as well as facilitating family, individual, and couples counseling. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Georgia Southern University, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University. I am also a member of the National Association of Social Work (NASW).
My specialties include interpersonal conflict, anxiety, depression, OCD, fears and phobias, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. I utilize several therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy (ITP). I strive to provide a non-judgmental, safe, and comforting environment for my clients to work through their emotional struggles, and achieve their therapeutic goals. I am a strong advocate for self love, self empowerment, and self care.
In my personal life, I love to travel to new places and have new experiences. However, I also consider myself a home-body, and can regularly be found snuggled on the couch binge-watching a good show with my adorable Sheltie, Blair. I also love to try new foods, learn new recipes, and I consider hot sauce as its own food group. I am an animal-lover and would adopt all the furry friends if my fiancé, Chris, would allow it. I am looking forward to meeting you!
